Two-Way Voice is an audio device incorporating a speaker and microphone that is added to the Personal Emergency Response System. It allows Central Station operators to hear what’s going on at the premises when the device is activated, while also directly conversing with the client.
How does Two-Way Voice work?
Once the alarm has been triggered, a microphone is activated. This allows ther professionally-trained Central Station operators to listen in on the protected premises. Through a speaker also located on-site, the operator converses directly with the individual.
